AGE 

All drivers must be over 21 and under 70 years .Drivers aged 21 to 24 may be accepted subject to special clearance by the company .

DRIVERS

There is no charge for additional drivers .all drivers must be approved by the company at the time of hire.

DRIVING LICENCE

A full driving licence must be produced by each driver at the time of hire and must have been held for at least 12 months . Endorsements may be accepted at the company's discretion .

PAYMENT

The estimated cost of hire plus a deposit charge is required at the time of hire .

EXTENSION OF HIRE

Extension of agreed hire period must be agreed with the company before expiry date . Failure to do so may leave the hire without insurance cover .

FOREIGN TRAVEL

Vehicles may not be taken outside England , Scotland or Wales without prior written authorisation .

AVAILABILITY

Every effort will be made to supply the model booked . in the the event of it being unavailable an alternative model will be provided .

The right is reserved to vary the rates , conditions and periods of hire at any time and refuse a hire to any person without giving a reason . Please check at time of hire .
